What Happens
During Your Initial Visit
Evaluation
We will start by obtaining details from you. Our clinicians will explain the prescription your physician has prescribed or discuss the prosthetic options available for you.
Test socket fitting and alignment
During your second visit, our experts will fit you with a transparent plastic socket crafted from your plaster cast. Remember to bring the shoes that you will be wearing often.
Fitting and delivery
During this appointment, we will fit you with your final socket. This fitting is generally to check if the socket aligns well with your body.We will supply your new prosthesis as well as prosthetic socks.
Follow-ups
We would like to see how your new prosthesis has served you to ensure that everything is running efficiently. Please book a follow-up appointment after two weeks so that we can track your progress after you have received our prosthetic device.
