Today is 12/12/23 and yesterday I had called Southeastern since I had not heard from them for 3 weeks. Of course I was frustrated and lost at the thought of having to wait even longer.This morning I got a call from Linda, who is the manager at this location, and not just apologized for what had transpired, but went the extra mile looking in my records to find out what had happened. She gave me a detailed explanation of a series of unfortunate events which caused a delay on my appliance and the making of my insoles. She did everything humanly possible for me to be seen today and that’s where I am at right now as I write this. I was treated with the outmost respect and care and everyone made me feel as if I was their only patient today. David made my insoles and fitted me with a brace and kept on working on them until everything fitted just right and explained in detail how to use them. This is what happens when people with a heart for service get together and take action to help someone, in this case, me. Again thank you to Linda, David and all their staff, God bless y’all.

I was fitted with a back brace and everything was Great!!! The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend them!!!
Very incompetent provider and billing staff. They billed the wrong insurance company, and what should have been paid at 100% on my 2020 plan was instead billed on my 2021 plan. Staff did not accept responsibility for their mistakes, but they were laser-focused on getting the copay.More importantly, I was sold an AFO that caused numerous problems and is useless to me. Eventually I was told that I have no recourse for getting a different orthotic device.The manager was of no help whatsoever, and my medical records do not document the numerous problems I experienced with their products and services. I wish I had never gone here.
Wonderful staff. The doctor was very caring and took the time to answer every question that we had. They went out of their way to make sure my mother was happy with her custom brace, that fits in her shoe. We highly recommend.
They wait for months to work you in when they have made your orthotic incorrectly, requiring repeated phone calls, they treat you like the plague when you come in, and I actually saw my technician get in the car and leave while I was getting out of my car to come in the office for my appointment. The staff acted like it was my fault that he wasn't there to see me even though it was staff who made my appointment. Poor business practice and inefficient
